Huh. I didn't actually think I would be proven right on Charlotte being David's daughter so quickly. Now her character really reminds me of Tyler in season one of The Vampire Diaries, when they kept him on the fringes of everything, not really integral to anything but still always there so that we'd be semi-invested in him when he wolfed out. I can see Emanda being conflicted about this, unsure about whether their blood attachment makes her special or not. And to think that Victoria really does have the trump card that would give her custody of Charlotte but she can't use it without revealing everything else is even better.
